We are looking forward to seeing you!

About the GUTS project:

The GUTS project will focus on developing, testing and implementing ten innovative, intergenerational and cultural areas of learning, as a result the activities of the elderly and the young. Using cultural heritage and education, as well as building on the strengths and capabilities of both generations, the GUTS is trying to generate solidarity and relationship between the young and the elderly, and its goal is to increase social inclusion of younger and older generations.

In the intergenerational and cultural area of learning, the young will transfer contemporary knowledge to the elderly in order to enhance their social inclusion. On the other hand, the elderly will encourage the young to develop their key competences so that they could find a job on the labor market.

The cooperation of the Foundation Zajednički put on the GUTS project:

A model of learning and development in the form of five workshops/discussions will take place in the Foundation Zajednički put. The participants of the projects are women over 55, and between 18 and 32 years of age, with guided facilitation of a CESI coach.

The goal of the project is to empower younger and older women, to develop mutual understanding and to encourage the exchange of experiences and knowledge which the women have, as well as to develop new knowledge and insights in both groups.
